Service Description

Welcome to Reiki Level 1 Certification Course! I'm excited to announce that this class will be hosted by Tavia Serrano, Reiki Master Miami and taught by Jed Shlackman, LMHC. Together they will work to bring a never before offered Reiki Certification Course with so much experience under one roof as you will learn along side with these 2 Masters, sit with Tavia for a Q&A after certification, even practice one on one with her. This is a first time class offered with very limited space! Sunday December 8th 10am to 3pm Itinerary: 10am-12pm - First part of Reiki I Certification Course begins 12pm-12:30pm - Lunch break 12:30pm-2pm - Resume class until 2pm 2pm-2:15pm - Refreshments provided 2:15pm-3pm - Reiki hands on practice and Q&A with Tavia Course includes introduction to the history of Reiki and energy healing, as well as the philosophy of Usui's principles. Understanding the energy system (chakras, auras, etc.), feeling energy flow, basic Reiki healing positions and methods, with self-treatment and beginning of treatment practice upon others. Reiki ethics and suggestions for developing one's own healing ability. Metaphysical and scientific views and implications of Reiki healing. Basic Usui Reiki symbols and attunement transmitted. This class will be hosted by Tavia Serrano, Reiki Master Miami and taught by Jed Shlackman, LMHC. Jed has trained Reiki students for over 18 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from working with a variety of holistic healing methods and studying and teaching metaphysical principles. Jed has a master's degree in counseling from the University of Miami and is a licensed therapist.
